Gabriella D’Costa is a Melbourne based contemporary artist working across drawing, sculpture, writing, and print publications.
They have also worked and trained in music, fashion, industrial design and education.

D’Costa’s practice approaches ideas of work & play, organisation & disorganisation, and motion & static; imploring the viewer to question notions of seriousness, verity, and authority, and inviting a free-associative, subliminal take.

D’Costa has exhibited in solo and group capacities across public galleries (ie. Gertrude Contemporary, Melbourne; Bundoora Homestead, Melbourne), private galleries (ie. Fiona & Sydney Myer Gallery, Melbourne), commercial galleries (ie. Neon Parc City Gallery, Melbourne; Conners Conners, Melbourne) and Artist Run Initiatives (ie. Blindside (Melbourne); TCB (Melbourne); Suite7a (Sydney); and Satchi & Satchi & Satchi (Auckland)).

D’Costa has served on the Board of TCB Gallery Melbourne, and has worked in art education as a teacher and technician.
