Gabriella D’Costa is a Melbourne based contemporary artist working across sculpture, drawing, writing, and print publications.
Adjacently, they have worked and trained in music, fashion, industrial design and education.

D’Costa’s work approaches ideas of work & play, organisation & disorganisation, and motion & static; imploring the viewer to become active rather than passive, to question notions of seriousness, convention, verity, and authority, and they invite a tactile, free-associative or subliminal take.

D’Costa has exhibited in both solo and group capacities in such galleries as Blindside (Melbourne), Neon Parc (Melbourne), TCB (Melbourne), Asbestos (Melbourne), Gertrude Contemporary (Melbourne), and Satchi & Satchi & Satchi (Auckland).

D’Costa has served on the Board of TCB Gallery, and taught and assessed art courses across various levels of education.
